Who we are
This website, animento.tv, is operated by Animento Ltd., 58 Nezabravka Str., Sofia, Bulgaria ("Animento", "we"). Animento Ltd. is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hello@animento.tv.
The short version
This website is a simple presentation site. It has no user accounts, no forms, no newsletter, no advertising, and no analytics. We do not set cookies of our own, and we do not track you across other websites. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us by email, and what our hosting provider technically needs to deliver the pages to your device.
What we process, and why
Email you send us. If you write to hello@animento.tv, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to reply to you and, if it comes to that, to prepare and perform a contract with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer retention is required by law (for example for accounting purposes when we work together).
Server logs. When you open this website, the hosting provider that serves it automatically receives technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and to detect abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Such logs are retained by the hosting provider for a short period and then deleted. The website is hosted by Private DevOps Ltd., Sofia, Bulgaria, on servers located in the European Union.
Embedded video (Vimeo)
Our showreel is hosted on Vimeo. The Vimeo player only loads when you press play. From that moment, Vimeo.com, Inc. (USA) receives your IP address and may set its own cookies and collect usage data according to its own rules. If you do not press play, no connection to Vimeo is made. Details are in Vimeo's privacy policy. Vimeo states that it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer of this data to the USA.
Fonts and scripts
The typeface and all scripts used by this website are hosted on our own server. No fonts, scripts, or other resources are loaded from third-party services, so no data is sent to third parties simply by viewing the site.
Cookies
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. The only cookies that may be set are those of the Vimeo player, and only after you press play on a video (see above).
Links to other websites
This website contains links to third-party websites (for example our partners' sites, Behance and Instagram). Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective website applies.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website changes — for example if we add a contact form or analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
